The staff was super pleasant and helpful. The room was small but clean. The location was okay, however, there was an electric bike stop right in front of the entrance so it took me 7 minutes to city downtown for a really low price. The bus stop and train station are close, 10 minutes walk. Also, we got a small present when checking in since it was the Olympics in Lille - a nice gesture from the hotel!

The location was great. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly even going above and beyond to help us when we left an iPad behind and only realised when we arrived back in Paris. Justine in Reception found it and then arranged for it to be posted back to us. That was exceptional customer service and we were so grateful for this kindness. It topped off what has been a wonderful experience at Paris 24. We also thought the breakfast was good. If you are looking for a no frills stay in a well located clean and friendly hotel then this hotel is for you.

lovely breakfast with a wide variation, great location for reaching the central area but not being within the bustle of visitors, comfortable bed and pillows. water temperatures were consistent and appreciated that the tap water was drinkable.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We travlled as a large group, with people arriving late and complications in finding one of our party. Staff really helped out with this and were did everything they could to make it a great trip for all. Rooms were comofrtable, a good size and bathrooms worked very well. Hotel has a small and well-stocked lobby bar that's open fairly late. All the staff spoke excellent English. Although it's not right in the centre of Lille, it's a pleasant 10-15 walk away from most of what you need - nice park right beside you too. Looked at a few places in Lille and this was a really good value option.

Quick and easy check-in process. Very helpful and respectful staff members. Free parking available to guests. A possibility to create a copy of the room card for my roommate. Great price for the quality. Nice hotel bar ;)

Close to Lille Grand Palais - 15 min walk. Comfy bed and friendly staff. Parking is safe and secure and free and plenty. Lift is very useful as well as having stairs. Extra pillows in rooms which was great.

We have used Kyriad chain of hotels before and they are honest value for money. This one was just round the corner from the station so quick bag drop and of into town. This was a short walk almost straight back past the station . Not far . Breakfast room etc all very normal. Quality good buffet style. Comfortable but no waste of space in the rooms. Good value, nice and quiet , got a good kip.

We used the hotel as it was close to Eurostar terminal and only spent night and left early in morning. The young man on the desk on Oct 4th was very friendly and helpful. He answered many questions as to place to eat and directions.
